Welcome to mindbodySOL! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any interactions with mindbodySOL & Joelle Faucette, including life coaching, yoga, and Reiki services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

mindbodySOL and Joelle Faucette offer life coaching, yoga, and Reiki services designed to support personal growth, wellness, and self-improvement. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. We encourage you to seek qualified professionals for any medical, psychological, or legal concerns.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions.

  • You understand that life coaching, yoga, and Reiki are complementary practices and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

  • You will communicate honestly and openly with your coach, instructor, or practitioner.

  • You will notify your instructor or practitioner of any physical or medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely in yoga or Reiki sessions.

3. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information shared during coaching, yoga, or Reiki sessions. However, confidentiality may be broken if we believe there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law.

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule the session.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be charged in full.

  • Package sessions must be used within the specified time frame; unused sessions are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

mindbodySOL, Joelle Faucette, and its employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participating in life coaching, yoga, or Reiki sessions. You acknowledge that yoga and Reiki involve physical and energetic practices, and you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
